"Really enjoyed the organised neutral walk, it was very well organised which made us feel safe and able to work on our dogs reactivity with the support of a group. Was also really lovely to speak to the other walkers who are also in similar positions making us feel less alone in our training. Looking forward to future walks. Thank you Lesley-Anne and Sophie"

"This was our second walk and found it a useful experience for our reactive dog. With advice and guidance on hand, we could give our reactive dog a managed exposure and experience with other dogs. The group were friendly and supportive. Definitely will book again. Thanks ☺️"

"Daisy is a dog-reactive rescue. When I started with Tails on the Trail, Daisy was extremely dog reactive and would be overwhelmed, hyper-focusing on other dogs, bark, lunge and pull after them. However, on these neutral walks, she has learned to walk confidently with other dogs on-lead. We found that lead-walking in a ‘pack’ on these neutral walks is the most natural, safest way to socialise her - it’s an added bonus be able to explore all these wonderful walks. It is through these walks I’ve discovered that dog trainer, Sophie, is the right trainer for us, so in addition I booked some one-to-one sessions as Daisy is a 3 year old and we both desperately needed it. I will also be entrusting my dog with Lesley-Anne who is a professional dogwalker experienced in reactive dogs, and is a trained mountain moorland leader. They have opened up a whole new world of possibilities for Daisy and I."

"I have never trusted anyone with any of my dogs but especially my GSD (Simba) due to his reactivity and large breed he’s a lot of dog to handle. I am confident however, that I have found the perfect lady for him. High levels of knowledge, good experience with the breed plus owning her own and overall a great well run business. I would definitely recommend tails on the trails to anyone but especially dogs with reactivity or problem behaviours that owners struggle with or are trying to maintain. I’m so pleased with my decision and can’t wait for simba to experience more walks with his new best friend"

"Lesley-Anne took my GSD Max out on a 2h adventure walk and my heart literally bursts when I see how smitten he is with her. He looked so so relaxed and happy in all the pictures and videos she took for me. Max needs clarity and a certain degree of structure and Lesley-Anne provided exactly that whilst making the walk enjoyable, exciting and fun. Max clearly accepted her from the start as someone he could trust and who would guide him through things that he might not be quite as familiar with.
I would absolutely recommend the Tails on the Trail services to anyone who wants to provide their dog with an enriching, fulfilling experience out and about in the real world. Dogs don’t need 6h a day at doggy daycare. Get them 2h with Lesley-Anne and they will be fulfilled and content for the rest of the day!!

"Absolutely amazing with both of our reactive (on the lead) sighthounds. Lesley-Anne is amazing with both of them and we look forward to working more with her. You have helped us feel more confident and therefore relaxed with our boys, thank you"
